No Sleep Rambling and Cassia?

Going to sleep at 6am doesn’t work anymore. Did it ever? Maybe when I was 18… but at 30, this is not okay. I feel like a sack of bricks, waking up at 1:30pm. Technically the hours are there, but my whole body feels wrong. It’s been a few days in a row like this and it’s getting to me. I really wish we’d have a few warm days, but I don’t think that’s going to happen anytime soon. Getting out into the fresh air might help. Or maybe just going to bed at midnight, but it’s so hard sometimes, especially when the whole house doesn’t go to sleep until past 2am. I pass the window where I’m tired and then it’s 5am… maybe 6am like this morning. This time I got on my phone to look for soap. It was stupid to do that at 4:30am, but I did. Everything can hurt you, so I was looking for soap without chemicals, but it was driving me crazy, because everything, even the good stuff, has something in it that could be bad. Like Cinnamon (the Cassia version). Seems that it absorbs into the skin and has some bad things happen to rats. It’s exhausting trying to find something that doesn’t have anything in there. Why did they put that into soap, all the rest of the ingredients were fine. Do all their products really need cinnamon?
