Another Year, Another Blog Post

Once a year blog. Well then. Always during the summer too. I wonder what that means. At least, this time, I have a life changing, momentous year of a reason for the extra year gap in posts. Met the love of my life (d’awww), graduated from my computer science program with a 4.0 (nerd), traveled across the country (hipster?), and got my first professional, full time developer job (proud geek). I couldn’t be happier. What a year!

Okay, self indulging aside, computer science, algorithms, new frameworks, just about anything to do with developing software has become my mind’s craving. Fours years into the journey, not a lull on the road, I’d say I’m here to stay. It’s a wonderful feeling when you see that continual learning is in your future, and that your job… literally, depends on it.
